Sales and Returns Policy

Sales:

All sales are fulfilled by Gardners Books Ltd.

Confirmation of sales are emailed within 24hrs of submitting orders.

Sales are received via post by standard 48hr tracked delivery.

 

Returns:

All book return requests should be made by emailing enquiries@new2thescene.co.uk with Book return request as the subject line.

If a buyer has a ‘change of heart’ after purchasing a book, for whatever reason, they have 14 days to make the necessary book return request. After this time, this is an invalid reason to return a book.

Book return requests must be made within 12 months of purchasing a book, with proof of purchase.

Returned books must be in mint condition for refunds to be processed.

Once a book return request has been validated and processed, a returns authorisation is posted. Package your book and return it without delay, along with the relevant authorisation. Please ensure all parcels carry the yellow returns label with the authorisation number to enable faster processing. 

Imperfect/damaged products or order shortages:

Any titles supplied in a damaged or imperfect state will be replaced, or refunded, at the discretion of New2theScene. To register a claim for imperfect/damaged products or shortages in orders, please contact enquiries@new2thescene.co.uk with Damaged products or Order shortage as the subject line within 3 working days of the products being received. Proof may be required – e.g. photographic evidence.

If you do not contact us within 3 days, we will not be able to accept responsibility for imperfect/damaged products or order shortages.
